Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Yogurt Raita

1Cut cucumber (halved) lengthwise. Scoop out seeds, chop cucumbers.cucumber (halved): 2 medium

2Mix cucumbers, green onions with tops (chopped) , and salt and let stand ⏱️ 10 minutes .green onions with tops (chopped): 2, salt: 1 tsp

3Add tomatoes (chopped) and mix in garlic (finely chopped) , cilantro or parsley (snipped) , cumin (ground) , and pepper . Toss the cucumber mixture, cover and refrigerate at least ⏱️ 1 hour .
